Automatic unit for the production of cut and rolled bread, with soft and/or hard dough, at 1-2-4-6 rows for weight range from 20 to 1000 grs, achievable by interchangeable knives. Suitable for the production of “ciabatta” bread.


Large capacity infeed belt. Sheeting and dividing head: 180 mm wide. Manual adjustment of sheeting thickness between 6 and 18 mm.
and of the cutting knife speed. Speed variator. Four rollers moulders 600 mm wide. Control panel placed on the right hand side with regards to the inlet direction of the dough. Mounted on wheels.
